POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Lead (PL) is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned jobs, including the installation, programming, start-up, test, check and documentation on projects utilizing a wide range of CCTV products and systems. A successful PL must be personable and knowledgeable self-starter who makes sound decisions on site that are in the best interest of the project and Bryant Integrated Technologies management and owners. The PL must be able to adapt and recommend changes to a project while in the field based on local conditions that were not identified earlier. The PL must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work closely with subcontractors and customers.
The Project Lead’s primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time and within accepted quality metrics.
Must be willing and able to travel in the US and international as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Hands on expertise in planning and execution of large scale CCTV and Video surveillance projects.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced changing environment and must have a moderate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products; Excel, Word, Visio, Adobe PDF.
