Position Title: Team Lead, Infusion
Compensation: $19-24 Per Hour

Job Description:
The Team Leader can provide valuable insight for less experienced team members and will provide day-to-day direction and training to members of the assigned work team. This is a “hands on” position, and the Team Leader will perform the duties of the team members he/she is leading when not engaged in other lead responsibilities.
Essential Duties:
• Be capable of and continue to perform the same Essential Functions as the position for which the team leader will lead
• Provide day-to-day direction to assigned team
• Train new team members
• Provide performance feedback to Department Supervisor
• Understand the production schedule and set the pace with operators to complete work on time
• Evaluate the top sources of quality defects and identify ways to reduce and/or eliminate quality issues
• Solve issues and, when necessary, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that reduce quality or prevent schedule attainment
• Be ready and willing to fill-in for a supervisor when the supervisor is not in their immediate work area regarding work content and not performance reviews
Competencies
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Patience to train new hires or recent transfers
• Ability to understand the production schedule
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year at Level 3 role for assigned work team, i.e., a Lamination Team Lead must have at least 1 year as a Level 3 Laminator, an Assembly Team Lead must have at least 1 year as a Level 3 Assembler, etc. (or equivalent work experience)
• Solid work performance, including attendance, with no written disciplinary action in prior 12 months
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
