You will also participate in the various sanding, fairing, and coating operations in preparation for finish work. It won’t hurt if you have an aptitude with a varnish brush too. Attention to detail at every stage is required and any additional skills you can contribute will only enhance your standing.

FINISHER: Almost every project involves a considerable amount of finish work from brush-applied paints and varnishes to spray-applied AwlGrip and other similar coatings. Filling, fairing, filleting and epoxy coating are often part of the project along with all the related sanding all those processes entail. I am seeking a detail-oriented person who enjoys those tasks and can eventually, if not immediately, work into a lead position in handling our finish work.

Applicants for either position must be willing to accept training or other direction if necessary to ensure your techniques meet our standards.
