Compensation/Rate: Compensation: $42.00 to $46.00 per hour at start.

Qualifications
•Yamaha Master Tech Certification
•Experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of Yamaha outboards
•Proficiency in the use of computer diagnostic tools
•Proficiency in the installation and repair of outboard hydraulic steering systems
•Knowledge of boat electronics and operations
•Possess proper tools to perform the work
•Experience in the mounting and rigging of Yamaha motors and trolling motors’
Responsibilities
•Inspection and operation of boats and motors
•Diagnosis of engine performance
•Highly organized and driven
•Documentation of inspections, test results, and work performed
•Performance of engine compression and leak down tests
•Installation of new Yamaha outboard motors and controls
•Performance of engine maintenance and repair
•Inspection and repair of gear case assemblies and propeller shafts
•The rebuilding of engine trim and tilt assemblies
•Repair of vessel electrical components, circuits and wiring
•Repair and maintenance of steering systems
•Duties may change
Seeking a Yamaha outboard motor technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The desired individual will be a team player, possess a positive outlook, and take pride in their work. Yamaha Master Tech Certification preferred.
