Position Title: Mold and Tooling Manager
Compensation/Rate: $25 -$40 /hr (depending on qualifications)
Location: Santee, SC
Position Summary:
Gambler Bass Boats is looking for an experienced professional to assume the lead role as our Mold and Tooling Manager. This position will be responsible for the team tasked with service and preparation of the production molds, as well as assist with designing and fabricating new ones. Production rates of approximately (4) 21 ft. boats per month initially, and we currently only have two models and mold sets to maintain. We are a small and extremely quality-focused organization, and are looking for team members who want to be known as the best there is in the industry at whatever it is that they do.
