Position Summary:
Our family-owned and operated marina and boatyard, located on the Rappahannock River and near the Chesapeake Bay in Topping, VA, is seeking a self-motivated, cross-trained boatyard technician to join our expanding team. We are ABYC compliant and a certified green marina looking for marine technicians interested in working with (mainly but not limited to) inboard diesel motors, marine electrical installation and, repair, fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, mast stepping and un-stepping, furling systems, rigging and tuning, Marine heat and air conditioning systems, yacht painting and varnishing, repowering, and marine head installation and repair.
