Job Purpose: As an Assembly Worker based at Manufacturing facility in San Antonio Texas, USA, you will play a crucial role in the final assembly of our innovative Genesis 24 boats. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency that our brand stands for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Final assembly of electronic components in boats
- Installation of electrical components, electric motors, generator units and metal accents
- Performing various detailed tasks to ensure high-quality finishes
- Collaborating with the team to meet production deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical school graduate (e.g., UTI, Lincoln Tech) preferred
- Demonstrated skill in electronics assembly and attention to detail
- Ability to work with precision on small and detailed tasks
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary with a 15% annual increase for the first 3 years, followed by a re-evaluation.
