Position Summary:
Lead the marina operations for the upcoming 2024 season. The Dockmaster is responsible for overall operation of docks and all slip activity. This role will work closely with leadership and serve as the first person our guests interact with when arriving at the island. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe mooring of vessels, general operation of the docks, assisting boaters, maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the harbor, and supervising the dock staff.
