COMPANY: Samoset Boatworks is a small company located in the mid-coast region of Maine, that specializes in finishing off Down East hulls for commercial fishing and pleasure. We are a family orientated company that is looking to expand our work force.
POSITIONS: Currently, we are finishing off a 46' Mussel Ridge as a custom commercial tuna boat for a customer from LI, NY in our new work bay. In the old shop, we have a 28' Mussel Ridge to finish off as a commercial lobster boat with a nice cabin for weekend cruising. Following the tuna boat, we have a 46' to finish off as a commercial lobster boat.
