Job Summary: Outboard engine, electrical, electronics and boat systems repairs, maintenance and installations. Ability to perform computer and mechanical diagnostics. Includes operation of forklift and trailer operations for boat launching and hauling. Includes lifting boat blocks, jack stands and other items 50 lbs. or more.
Job Specifications: We are currently looking for a Refinishing and Fiberglass tech.
You must have three to five years of experience with marine finishes.
An understanding of how these finishes work together.
Have experience with fiberglass and/or other composites.
Be familiar with repair methods for composite boats.
Be willing to learn new skills, work with others, and be able to self-motivate.
To complete your tasks with a high level of attention to detail, think critically, and take pride in your work.
Compensation will be determined by experience.
