Position Title: Paint and Fiberglass
Compensation/Rate: $18-25 /hr.

Job Summary: We have a fleet of inside boats that require a wide range of cosmetic work throughout the winter months and a much larger fleet of boats that require similar service throughout the rest of the year. We are looking to add an individual that has at least 2 years of experience working with spray and brush applications of paint. Experience with laying up fiberglass is a plus as are any other general boat yard skills. The successful candidate will be professional and team-oriented, but also able to work independently.
Position is full time year-round from 7:30-4:00pm M-F. We offer health, dental & vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
