Position Title: Marine Technician
Compensation/Rate: 18-20+ (commensurate with education and experience)

With over 35 years of experience in the marine industry, our company is well-known for our highly educated team, top quality repairs, and custom fabrications that shape the marine industry. Our mission is to provide an A+ experience for customers from the moment they arrive until delivery (and even beyond). Over the last few years, we have built a solid foundation to expand through the strong leadership of The Landing School and Master Technician owner, our ABBRA Project Manager Certified Operations Manager, and crew with specialized training. We have now reached a time where we need more experienced and educated technicians to keep up with the increasing customer base. The yachts we work on typically are over 40 feet in length, with multiple, intricate systems. Position requirements:
Experienced in with marine repair Great time management skills Excellent communication Critical thinking skills Can work well under pressure and with others *Must hold valid driver’s license and pass a physical exam* Preferred Applicants ABYC Certified ABYC Master Technician Manufacturer certifications (ie. Garmin, Boning, Raymarine, Northern Lights, etc.)
