Doyle Sails, a global leader in sailmaking, is expanding and looking to add highly motivated individuals to our team in Salem, Massachusetts. We design, engineer and build sails for all sizes of boats from one-designs to the world’s most iconic superyachts.
Doyle Sails is looking for sailmakers, CNC machine operators and customer service representatives. A passion for sailing is beneficial, but not required. More importantly, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a focus on detail, quality and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Specific experience is not required apart from a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a commitment to quality.
Our customers are highly demanding, and we strive to exceed their expectations. Successful candidates have come from a variety of backgrounds including, carpentry, textiles, engineering, marketing, office management and passionate sailors willing to share their knowledge with customers.
