Position Summary: Duffie Boatworks is growing! We are looking for experienced and talented people to join our team in building the next generation of custom sport fishing yachts. We have availability open in all positions including Hull Construction, Electrical/Mechanical Systems, Fiberglass, and Fairing/Paint. Prior boat building experience is a plus; but motivation, dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn is a requirement.
