Peter is a career Private Equity CEO with deep experience in the marine industry. Including CEO roles at Navtec Rigging, Lewmar Marine (in the UK), and most recently Hinckley Yachts. Hinckley is headquartered in Portsmouth, RI, with boat building operations in Trenton, ME, and 8 service yards along the US East Coast.

Peter retained his ties to Maine when he joined Walpole Outdoors as CEO in 2019. Walpole is based in Norwood MA, operates 14 retail showrooms as far south a Maryland and operates 6 manufacturing facilities in northern Maine - including a saw mill.

In 2000 he enrolled his Bruno Stillman 35’ into The Landing School’s Marine Systems program for a mechanical refit. It was that positive experience that brought him back to the school to assist as a Board member.
